Marc Lassus
Marc Lassus is a well know business entrepreneur who has founded several very successful companies, among them Gemplus which he grew to become a $1.5B company in less than 10 years. Mr. Lassus is currently an independent consultant who is involved in several high tech companies targeting biomedical, health care, mobility and telecommunications as well as future smart cards. He is a shareholder and board member of several very young companies including Vision SA, Medclan, Cyrama and Intelligent Vibrations among others. He is also the founder and board Member of Cassis International, a leading solution and service provider of smart cards innovation, technology and services. Last but not least, Mr. Lassus is the chairman of the board for Mobiz Technologies.
From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Lassus was CEO of Gemplus, a world wide leader in smart cards. Before Gemplus, he was CEO of SGS-Thomson Microelectronics a leading provider of silicon devices. Mr. Lassus has also worked in various capacities at Matra-Harris and Motorola..
Mr. Lassus is a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon (France) where he earned a PhD in Solid State Physics.
Eric Lecesne
Eric Lecesne is the CEO of Mobiz Technologies Inc., the North-American subsidiary of Mobiz Technologies. He is also a founder and director of Mobiz Technologies. Prior to joining Mobiz, Mr. Lecesne was principal at ECL International a consulting company he founded. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Lecesne was General Manager, Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer in charge of Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing for Ingenico, the world-wide leader in secure transaction equipment. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Lecesne was General Manager at VeriFone in charge of Marketing and R&D. He also worked at Cosine Communications and Hewlett-Packard where he held various positions in engineering and general management for telecommunication equipments and high end servers.
Mr. Lecesne is a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (France) were he earned an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
Bruno Zysman
Bruno Zysman is currently CEO of Mobiz Technologies and one of its founders. Mr. Zysman is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several companies over the last 20 years. Prior to founding Mobiz, Mr. Zysman was running the offshore activities for the product generation division of Ingenico. He joined Ingenico in 2000, when Datagram, a company he had founded, was acquired by Ingenico. Datagram specialized in network and payment infrastructures and in five years became a successful VAR for Gemplus wining in 1997 the Gemplus best application award. In 1998, as part of his expansion drive for Datagram, Mr. Zysman established a development center in Indonesia, which later became the core of Mobiz R&D group. Prior to Datagram, Mr. Zysman had founded another company Memsoft, specialized in hard drive software, Apple McIntosh database and Novel networks.
Mr. Zysman graduated with an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Ecole d’Ingenieur de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie of Paris (France).
