- Usual drawbacks coming from project documentation and specifications not fully ready for outsourcing…
Its strength is its capability to supply quality IT development and validation with low cost resources in CMMI L3/4/5 and ISO 9001 :2000 IT centers, also protecting the clients IP through ISO 27001 certification.
Resting on its unique network of low cost IT development and validation centers in South East Asia and R&D and Expertise center in Singapore, Mobiz Technologies propose to its client an ODC model consisting in attributing a dedicated team for a set of projects with ramp up and ramp up rules allowing flexibility and cost control.
A Mobiz Project Consultant (MPC) belonging to Singapore headquarter but located among the selected development team is affected to the client at the really beginning of the relationship and follows all the projects, and organize all the communication between the development center and the client.
